Nanlite – MixPad 27C II

The innovative NanLite MixPad II series of LED panels cleverly combines three LED light sources into one. You can choose from a more traditional multi-LED source that produces a strong light, or surface-mounted (SMD) LEDs that provide a softer light, as well as red, green and blue LEDs that can be connected in any way you like (more than 360 colors available) – all with the simple push of a button. This RGB panel can also be controlled with the Nanlink WS-RC-C1 wireless remote control via built-in Bluetooth.

This product allows you to reduce the number of accessories needed to create all the basic lighting effects – strong light, soft diffused light for pleasing portraits and close-ups, or colored light that adds the desired mood and emotion to your setup.

Use it to create background colors or add interesting colors and highlights by directing the RGB light onto a plain white wall or canvas. This would be useful for portrait photography as well as creating music videos, short films, or any video production.

The MixPad II 27 can be mounted directly to any standard lighting stand and comes with a standard 5/8-inch threaded mount.

The NanLite MixPad II 27 is ideal for use in the studio or on set to achieve beautiful studio-quality results without the use of plastic filters or fabric diffusers. The controls allow you to select brightness from 0 to 100%, temperature from warm to cool (2700-6500K), and color when in RGB mode.

Adding to the versatility, you can choose from multiple power sources, including an AC adapter or a compatible Sony NP-F style battery (sold separately). The device also has a built-in battery level indicator.

It’s easy to see the color temperature, brightness level, and color information, and adjust the accuracy, meaning you can follow the settings and then create your own lighting setup in the future if needed. The rear-facing LCD makes it very easy to use.
